Business Development and Partnerships Intern

At AETHER, you’ll contribute to driving innovation and organisational transformation through business development, partnership-building, and digital enablement. You will support key functions that span business analysis, operations, human capital, and strategic project planning.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient in English writing and documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint)
- Creative, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- + Knowledge of simple automation or programming (e.g., Python, RPA tools)
- + Familiarity with AI tools or basic applications
- + Experience in data analysis, dashboarding, or visualisation tools
- + Exposure to project planning or facilitation techniques
- + Experience using collaboration platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Miro
